This year the Steeplechase Distance Run is proud to announce the inaugural issue of a special Souvenir Program full of Steeplechase Distance Run news, facts and information. Plan now to reserve space for your advertisement in our Souvenir Program. Your advertising will be seen by an estimated 7,500+ area residents, as well as those who travel from outside the tri-state area to attend the race. Many race participants and spectators will browse this exceptional publication again and again and keep them as mementos of the Steeplechase Distance Run.

The Publication:

A 28-page (or larger) 8 ½ x 11” souvenir program printed on offset stock.

Distribution:
|
A minimum of 7,500 copies will be printed and distributed between mid-August and early October at no charge to road race participants, spectators and friends. In addition to race day distribution, copies will be available free-of-charge at retail outlets throughout the greater Somerset, Hunterdon and Morris County areas.

Professionally written articles about every aspect of the Steeplechase Distance Run. History, results and highlights, Race event schedule, course description, a look at how the Race is organized and how the funds raised are utilized for the benefit of the community.

Charitable Affiliation:
|
The net proceeds from the Steeplechase Distance Run and the Souvenir Program will benefit The Steeplechase Cancer Center at Somerset Medical Center. The Steeplechase Cancer Center provides comprehensive cancer services within a calm, compassionate, patient-focused environment.

|
Advertising Rate:
|
Run-of-book black-and-white ads are available in a variety of sizes from full page to 2 ½” squares, to “shout out” lines, with costs ranging from $1,000.00 to $50.00. Sponsors receive a credit for the cost difference should they wish to upgrade their advertising space from their sponsorship package advertisement size.

 QR code imbedding - A QR code (short for Quick Response) is a specific matrix barcode (or two-dimensional code), readable by dedicated QR barcode readers and camera phones (smartphones). The code consists of black modules arranged in a square pattern on a white background. The information encoded can be text, URL or other data. Once scanned by the smartphone user they will be directed to your specific site where they are able to view your message or promotional offering.
